Project Food, Land & People is implemented by a group of state coalitions that plan and conduct the FLP program. The coalition provides a pool of individuals who help market the program, create workshop facilitator teams, set up and conduct educator workshops, raise funds, reach all areas within a state, and locate or develop supplemental resource material. Each state coalition maintains a licensing agreement with FLP, signed by a representative of one or more organizations, agencies, or other groups within the coalition who will be the designated affiliate or co-affiliates within the state.
